【職務概要/ミッション】
弊社製品の導入支援および技術指導を通じて、グローバルにおけるサービス品質の向上に貢献。
【業務内容】
主に海外（アジアを中心に、欧州・その他地域含む）の顧客先の拠点近くに出張ベースで長期滞在しながら、
装置の立ち上げ、現地エンジニアの育成、トラブル対応 をリード。
特定地域に限定せず、グローバルからの要請に応じて柔軟に対応いただくため、「海外をフィールドに活躍したい方」にとって最適な環境です。
また、海外で得た知見をチームへ展開し、組織全体の技術力底上げにも貢献いただきます。
具体的な業務として、
・ 弊社製品の設置・セットアップ・試運転対応
・ 顧客向け機械操作トレーニングおよびプログラミング指導
・ 顧客工場でのトラブルシューティング（保証対応含む）
