Job Description
**Purpose of the Position.
**Overall responsibility for sales strategy and performance across HSBC Mexico's 700+ branch network, serving all customer segments (Wealth, Premier, One, PB Payroll).
Define and lead commercial frameworks that drive customer acquisition, product penetration, and revenue growth.Act as strategic partner to Head of Branch Network, translating Distribution objectives into executable branch sales strategies.Create governance with segment and product areas to optimize branch performance.Develop tools and MIS to monitor results and drive accountability across the network.
