The Head Chef is responsible for the overall management of the kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food, effective kitchen leadership, strong cost control, and compliance with food safety standards. The role requires a hands-on culinary leader who can manage staff, maintain food standards, control stock and costs, and support the overall guest dining experience.
