Job Summary
- Manage the activities of the section by developing plans, objectives and procedures, directing employees, assigning work, recommending training, providing guidance and evaluating work performance.
- Conduct analysis of HR data and provide forecasting trends and advice pertaining to recruitment of operational and non-operational employees.
- Coordinate HR strategic planning activities by providing strategic, annual, central planning and forecasting services.
- Advise managers and staff on approaches to problems and issues by conducting studies, writing reports and making recommendations to the Chief.
- Develop HR planning criteria and framework by conducting research and analysis of client’s needs.
- Act as a resource person by providing advice and policy interpretation to HQ and regional managers/employees on human resources policies, procedures and practices.
