Head of AI Adoption & Enablement HBX Group is the world's leading technology partner, connecting and empowering the world of travel. The Company is a tech-driven organization headquartered in Palma, Mallorca, with around 3,500 employees worldwide and an extensive network of 300,000 hotels and 60,000 high‑value partners across 140 source markets. The role is responsible for ensuring AI is effectively deployed and used across HBX, enabling the organization to adopt and scale AI capabilities across all functions and stay at the forefront of practical, secure, and scalable AI usage.

- Define and drive adoption of the enterprise AI stack, including copilots, agentic platforms and embedded SaaS capabilities, in partnership with Technology and key vendors.
