About the Role
You'll own our AUTOMATE practice end-to-end, the layer of our Agentic Growth Stack where we ship multi-agent systems for enterprise clients in the €30k to €150k range. This is the most critical practice for our market positioning: we are a HubSpot Diamond Partner and Anthropic Partner, on a path to DACH Category Leader for Agentic Revenue Operations by 2028, and the only consultancy in our market combining HubSpot platform expertise with genuine multi-agent delivery at enterprise scale.
The seat does not exist yet. You'll be the first to hold it.
You'll scale the AI Team from 5 to 10+ FTE across Lisbon and Tbilisi within 12 months. You'll publish the methodology by which we scope, price, build, and operate agent systems. You'll stand up the AI Governance framework (EU AI Act, prompt-injection defense, agent audit logs).
