Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Business Development will be responsible for originating, developing, and closing high‑impact deals across LATAM regions. This role leads Algorand’s business development efforts in‑market, both directly and through channel partners. Each role is responsible for the entire business development lifecycle and for winning in their region delivering meaningful growth against our Onchain KPI targets within defined market segments. The focus will be on securing long‑term strategic integrations for adoption of Onchain assets, not pay‑to‑play partnerships. Priority is given to partners with existing customer demand, strong distribution, and a credible path to driving growing Onchain activity.
