Job Description
An established fiduciary services provider is looking for a Head of Client Accounting to lead its accounting and bookkeeping team, managing reporting obligations for a complex portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the accounting and bookkeeping team.
- Agreeing the annual schedule of accounts to be prepared, including year-end, management and ad-hoc reporting.
- Monitoring team performance against KPIs and addressing any issues promptly.
- Reporting monthly to the Operations and Compliance Committee on overdue accounts or policy breaches.
- Reviewing and approving ledgers prior to external accountant submission.
- Ensuring externally prepared financial statements and returns are accurate and submitted within jurisdictional deadlines.
