This is a strategic leadership opportunity offering high levels of autonomy, client exposure and genuine scope to shape and grow the firm's wider company secretarial offering. The Role
- Lead and develop the firm's established Company Secretarial function, managing a team that advises UK and international clients on a broad range of governance and compliance matters.
