Overall Purpose
Responsibility for the Natixis Swedish Branch's performance of its obligations under the Swedish FSAResponsibility for the Branch's general compliance (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Financial Crime legal and regulatory matters) with the Swedish regulatory and financial crime legislative regime applicable to the Branch.Responsibility for the escalation of correspondence from the Swedish FSA and other Swedish regulators in respect of the Branch to the Swedish Branch and UK Senior Management, or, where appropriate, the Head office of Natixis, or BPCE.
