Head of CRM, Porto
Our growing iGaming client based in Porto is growing their Marketing Team and is looking for a Head of Manager to be responsible for the CRM Team and report to the Director.
Responsibilities:
• Working with the teams in order to determinate organizational objectives.
• Data collection.
• Data analysis and interpretation through data analytics tools.
• Identify new opportunities for processes improvement.
• Preparation of data reports.
• Customer segmentation.
• CRM team management.
• Definition and implementation of CRM strategies.
• Definition of customer lifecycle and life stages.
Requirements:
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, Economics, Management, Management Control, Marketing
• Domain of Business Intelligence (Power BI) and CRM Management (Optimove, Salesforce, among others) tools
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
