We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Advocacy team at Marsh Risk as the Head of Power, Energy and Casualty Claims working in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
Provide clients with proactive, strategic advice on navigating the claims process and liaise with insurers to resolve queries and policy coverage issues.
Manage, coach, and support a team of advocates, including facilitating technical training and ensuring achievement of internal KPIs and client satisfaction.
Lead complex client discussions, claim review meetings, and strategy sessions, delivering subject matter expertise tailored to client needs.
