Act as a thought leader and Develop FINEX central initiatives . thought leadership articles and research into Financial and Professional risks and threats; representing the Team and WTW on industry panels, webinars, social media, etcWork along with local, regional leaders and Head of Finex for Latinamerica and to Develop new Finex solutions and best in class product wordings (for SPS/product etc)Contribute to the development and execution of the Sales and Marketing StrategyHave full accountability of budget and plan in Argentina, both retail and Fac, and report monthly to the Head of Finex.
