Your role
What You Will Build & Own
The Head of Growth owns the full commercial funnel at Ovom — from first digital touchpoint to signed treatment contract. As Ovom scales across geographies, you will build the playbook that makes this engine exportable to every new clinic we open.
- Conversion Infrastructure: Architect the psychological and technical patient journey, optimizing website CTAs, frictionless intake flows, email nurturing sequences, and contract closing.
