+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
+ 5 years of experience managing an HR team.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience coaching and mentoring others.
+ Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
+ Ability to communicate in Polish fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders
+ Excellent communication skills with an understanding of how to communicate change, with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
