Head of Marketing

IC Resources is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive growth and brand development within an expanding international start-up who provide platform facilitating global job opportunities.

This will be a chance to lead a small team of marketers, create and implement a marketing strategy and really make a difference in fast growing organisation.

Requirements:

Background in start-up/scale-up environments preferred.

3-5 years of team leadership experience.

Strong marketing expertise, including performance marketing.

Manage budgets and external partnerships.

Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
