As we continue to develop and operate our growing FLNG fleet, we are now seeking a Head of Offshore Personnel to lead and shape the strategic management of offshore manning across our assets. This is a key leadership role within Golar. You will be part of the FLNG Operations leadership team, reporting directly to the COO, and working closely with Asset Managers and the Corporate HR function. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence how we develop our offshore workforce and build long-term capability across the fleet.
