Responsibilities:
Analyze and redesign operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilityLead warehouse inbound and outbound operations, including pick, pack, ship, and receivingManage a 3PL warehouse in USOversee customs and cross-border shipping, including documentation, tariffs, and carrier disputesHire and lead customer service and order processing staff, along with warehouse leadershipTrack KPIs, manage departmental P&L, and negotiate outbound freight ratesSupport health and safety initiatives as part of a safety committee Required Experience:
