This person will be in charge of leading the development and execution of integrated organisational development strategies that enhance the organisation's institutional capabilities and reinforce its position as a global leader in the industry. The role focuses on advancing learning and development (L&D), talent management and employee engagement initiatives to build a resilient, high-performing and purpose-driven workplace.
