We're hiring a senior leader to run the owner experience for more than 300 vineyard, villa, and winery owners across The Vines of Mendoza — a private ownership community in Argentina's Uco Valley.

For 22 years, The Vines has been building one of the most distinctive luxury wine destinations in the world. Our ecosystem includes The Vines Resort & Spa (#6 hotel in the world per Travel Leisure), The Vines Global travel club, Uco's Playground (our wine label), and The Vines Foundation. Our owners come from 25 countries to make world‑class wines, build homes in the valley, and become part of a community that's been twenty‑plus years in the making.

The role

This role owns the post‑sale experience across every part of ownership — vineyard, villa, winemaking, and home. The resort team serves resort guests; this role serves the people who own here.
