There are currently 60+ of us working remotely from all around Europe, united by our mission to make psychotherapy accessible to everyone in need. In 2025, we facilitated over 300,000 therapy sessions, and we’re just getting started.
Roman (our COO) is looking for a Head of Performance to own our paid acquisition end-to-end, with a sharp, modern approach to the craft.

- Own the full performance marketing function across our CEE markets, from strategy through execution to results.
- Run and optimise paid channels (Meta, Google, and beyond) with a clear focus on sustainable CAC and growth.
