Overall, you and your team will own Arla Foods’ performance agenda end-to-end – turning strategy into clear targets, tracking progress and ensuring performance is communicated with clarity across the organisation. Working closely with strategy, finance and business leaders, you will future-proof how data and insights drive decisions. Your responsibilities will be:
Serving as a trusted partner to the CFO, owning the performance narrative and representing performance at Executive and Board forums with insights that shape decisionsLeading a cross-functional finance team spanning strategic finance, FP&A, investment governance, and performance reportingTranslating strategy into KPI and target-setting frameworks (incl.
