Role Summary
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you are the strategic architect of Urban Outfitters’ digital growth across UK and European online channels. Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you will champion performance marketing within the business, serving as a brand ambassador who balances commercial heavyweight decision‑making with creative flair. You will lead a high‑performing team and manage external agency partners to diversify the marketing mix, maximise ROI, and foster a vibrant test and learn culture that keeps UO at the forefront of the digitally native landscape.
