The role involves strategic leadership, managing departmental resources, and ensuring high teaching standards. The successful candidate should possess a recognized teaching qualification and significant experience in teaching Physics at both GCSE and A level. The successful candidate will work full–time, enjoying a supportive leadership team and contributing to the strategic direction of the school.
