WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Managing the organization and process of R&D-Fabrication. Leading the R&D Fabrication-team of 5 - 7 direct reports, with a total team of 25 - 30 colleagues. As a Global Process Owner of Fabrication you will set and control the standards for Fabrication and Product Development worldwide. The R&D-Fabrication team makes it possible for Mammoet to keep a leading position with an unparalleled fleet of equipment and realize innovative projects. The Head R&D-Fabrication leads and manages a department of 25-30 team members, capable to deliver new equipment turnkey and support Mammoet with fabrication capabilities.
