Head of Sales

As Head of Sales, you own the commercial direction and execution—driving customer satisfaction, growth, and modern digital ways of working across the full customer relationship. You combine strong commercial drive with a relationship‑first approach to specialty coffee. You lead and develop the sales team, sharpen our market approach, and bridge traditional relationship selling with digital commerce (incl. Customer Portal and practical AI use cases) to strengthen the customer experience from first contact to repeat business.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Lead the sales team: set direction, coach performance, and ensure high customer activity (meetings/visits/cuppings) with you as a visible face to the market.
