Head of Showroom – Mitre 10 MEGA Invercargill (Retail Management Position) – Permanent – Full Time (43 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate leader to join our team as Head of Showroom due to the relocation of a member of our management team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the allocated department categories: Kitchen & Bathroom, Plumbing, Storage & Flooring, Lighting, and Paint.
- Grow team capability, increase sales and profitability, and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Full managerial responsibility across the allocated departments, including sales performance, employment relations, and health & safety.
