iHunters is seeking a Head of VIP on behalf of a fast-growing iGaming operator expanding its presence in the Brazilian market. Our client is building a premium VIP operation from the ground up and looking for a relationship-driven leader who knows how to turn high-value player networks into long-term revenue. If you live and breathe the VIP ecosystem, poker clubs, premium entertainment, and high-stakes relationships, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead the VIP operation in Brazil, owning both strategy and execution
- Leverage an existing network of high-value players from day one
- Prospect and acquire VIP players through poker clubs, agents, affiliates, premium events, and digital channels
- Develop and manage partnerships with accredited VIP agents and affiliates
