Job Description
Job Objective: Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of health and safety (H&S) systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, company policies, and best practices to foster a safe and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the organization’s H&S management system in alignment with legal and organizational standards.
- Collect, analyze, and report health and safety performance indicators, including incident and accident trends.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
- Analyze absenteeism month over month.
- Support the development and delivery of H&S training programs and awareness campaigns for employees.
