Amrize is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to enhance project safety and health across North America. This role focuses on safety improvements, coaching, and compliance in a collaborative environment.
As the Health and Safety Coordinator, you will partner with Business Management and the Health & Safety Manager to drive safety systems within designated regions. Your responsibilities include providing hands-on coaching, managing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with corporate and legislative safety requirements across all site personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with management to improve safety processes
• Coach teams on safety requirements and expectations
• Assist in effective execution of safety programs
• Manage claims and collaborate with CNESST for resolutions
