What You’ll Be Doing
The Quality & Risk Coordinator is the first point of contact for quality and risk related matters within the organization and responds to inquiries and complaints from internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitors patient relations (client feedback and complaints), liaising with the appropriate manager, and documenting, monitoring, and closing complaints in accordance with organizational policy and legislative requirements
