Position summary
We are seeking a hands‑on Health & Safety Specialist to support INVISTA’s Rozenburg site by aligning local practices with INVISTA Global standards, coaching operations and maintenance teams, delivering training and toolbox talks, leading audits and corrective action follow‑up, and strengthening incident investigation and safety performance. This role requires practical experience in a 24/7 process industry environment and strong Dutch language skills for effective on‑the‑floor coaching.
