Job Description
We are looking for experienced HVAC / Hydronic Installers who can take ownership of jobs , work independently with direction, and demonstrate leadership in the field .
Responsibilities
Install HVAC and hydronic systems including:
- Furnaces, heat pumps, VRF, Ductless Split systems
- Radiant heating & snow melt systems
- Mechanical rooms and piping
Work independently from drawings and scope
Coordinate with:
- Management
- Site teams
- Other trades
Troubleshoot and solve daily site issues
Maintain job progress and timelines
Ensure high-quality workmanship
5–10+ years experience in HVAC and/or hydronics
Strong knowledge of:
- Mechanical systems
- Installation best practices
Ability to:
- Work independently
- Lead small crews when required
