We're partnering with a leading international company to recruit Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a digital advertising support project in Lisbon.
In this role, you will provide B2B support to small and medium-sized advertisers, helping customers optimize their campaigns on social media platforms. You will resolve technical issues, guide clients on using advertising tools, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while supporting the growth of their business .
Your Role:
- Support advertisers across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone
- Convert most email and chat cases into outbound calls to provide personalized, white-glove support
- Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products
