The Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) Manager for Chile is an essential role focused on driving market access strategies and value-based healthcare initiatives. The HEMA Lead Chile leads Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) strategy and execution for DePuy Synthes ensuring optimal reimbursement, access, and adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions. The role is accountable for shaping value-based access strategies, engaging key external stakeholders, and enabling sustainable business performance aligned with Chile and LATAM priorities.
