We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sushi Chef to join our team at Highland Lodge.
**We are looking for someone who**:
Has proven experience as a sushi chef - previous experience is required
Holds a culinary certificate or has relevant education/experience in a similar role
Speaks and understands English, both spoken and written
Is service-minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Is flexible and enjoys working as part of a team
Works efficiently, neatly, and has a strong sense of order
Is a team player who is willing to share and gain knowledge and experience
We can assist with housing if needed.
