Deputy Manager SAP B1 Support Location: Kolkata CTC: Up to 10 LPA Experience: 45 Years Role Overview We are seeking a Deputy Manager SAP B1 Support to manage, maintain, and optimize SAP Business One (SAP B1) operations for a leading kidswear brand. The role involves ERP support, production portal integration, troubleshooting, reporting, user training, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day SAP B1 operations across Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Quality modules. Monitor and support integration between the Production Portal and SAP B1. Troubleshoot system issues, transaction errors, and portal-related challenges. Gather business requirements and coordinate ERP enhancements and customizations. Liaise with SAP B1 vendors for debugging, upgrades, implementations, and support.
