Step into a pivotal role at HISTORY Ottawa as a Premium Sales Supervisor. This position allows you to lead premium sales operations and enhance the guest experience at Live Nation.
In this part-time position, you will manage a team of 10, report to the Senior Operations Manager, and develop innovative strategies to market premium services. Your background in hospitality and your strong leadership skills will ensure the highest standards are met during events. Familiarity with systems such as SevenRooms will further enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead VIP lounge and premium seat training
• Assist in marketing premium ticket options
• Direct nightly operations of premium space
• Conduct pre-shift staff meetings
• Address guest inquiries and service issues
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a hospitality management role
• Proven relationship-building skills
• Smart Serve certified, age 19+
