Join our team as a full time Registered Nurse for Home Care at our gated community!
We have a highly dedicated and passionate team who believe our residents and their families and deserve the highest quality home care.
As a Registered Nurse in Home Care, you will:
+ Provide nursing care according to established policies and procedures for a home care agency.
+ Develop and supervises the implementation of a resident’s individualized service plan, observes the resident’s condition, and communicates to the Physician and family/responsible party as needed.
+ Oversee the resident’s care delivered by the Home Support team of LPN’s, Aides, and Home Care workers and companions.
