**Pay:** $51.00 - $55.75 per hour based on experience
**Type:** Three-month contract
**Schedule:** 36 hours guaranteed, 8:00AM – 4:30 (Monday – Friday), on call rotation
**Coverage Areas:** 60 miles radius around Peoria, AZ
**Primary Responsibilities:**
· RN case manager for a specific territory
· Performing skilled routine visits, recerts, discharges and start of cares/resumption of cares.
· Each case manager is assigned their own territory but cover each other on days off
· 100% patient care
· OASIS visits, wound care, picc line care
