Job Description
- Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough physical examinations, take patient histories, and document findings in electronic medical records.
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Analyze diagnostic test data to diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescriptive Authority: Prescribe, administer, and dispense medications and treatments in compliance with state regulations.
- Patient Education: Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Care Coordination: Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans; make referrals for specialized care
