Become a vital part of our Whistler hotel team as a Building Superintendent. This position requires full-time commitment to ensure maintenance standards and operational safety.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance and will manage tasks including minor repairs, safety checks, and supervising staff. You'll be expected to work with minimal supervision while maintaining the hotel’s operational integrity and responding efficiently to maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Carry out window cleaning and interior maintenance • Perform safety and security checks as needed • Supervise other maintenance staff effectively • Handle minor repairs to electrical and plumbing systems • Clear walkways of snow and ice
