Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Manager to join the team @Pestana Porto Santo & Pestana Dunas
The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Supervise work at all levels and set clear objectives to the team
- Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyse and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
- Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient strategy to promote the hotel’s services
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, event/conference planners etc.
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
