Job Description

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, infectioncontrolled, and patientfriendly environment across all hospital areasclinical and nonclinical. The role oversees housekeeping operations, linen & laundry, pest control, and public area maintenance, with strict adherence to NABH standards, BMW (Biomedical Waste) rules, infection prevention protocols, and hospital SOPs. The manager leads internal teams and outsourced vendors, drives audits & training, and continuously improves patient experience.


Key Responsibilities

1) Hospital Housekeeping Operations

  • Plan, supervise, and monitor daily housekeeping services across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Cath Lab, ER, Diagnostics, Cafeteria, Admin, common areas and parking.
  • Ensure zonal cleaning schedules, terminal cleaning for OTs/ICUs, and rapid turnover for beds and procedural room...
