The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway with 86 bedrooms, set within peaceful gardens and offering a warm, relaxed guest experience.
We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our close-knit, supportive housekeeping team and work alongside an experienced Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper.
This is a floor-based role , focused on quality, teamwork and setting standards — not admin-heavy .
The role (what it’s really like):
- Working side-by-side with the housekeeping team on shift
- Checking bedrooms and public areas to agreed standards
- Stepping in to clean rooms when required and leading by example
- Supporting daily room allocations and team organisation
- Helping train and support team members in a calm, practical way
