We're looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning services. You will lead and motivate a team, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and support training and development initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee Housekeeping operations for public and communal areas across the village
- Lead, train and develop team members to maintain high standards of service
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently achieved
- Monitor and meet departmental targets for efficiency and quality
