3 Months contract with a Local Authority Job Purpose To provide effective tenancy sustainment support to clients within the Private Rented Sector, helping to prevent homelessness and promote long-term housing stability. The role focuses on early intervention, ongoing client engagement, and proactive partnership working to ensure successful tenancy outcomes. Key Duties/Accountabilities Provide ongoing support to clients who have secured accommodation in the Private Rented Sector. Conduct regular follow-ups (e.g., 3- and 6-month check-ins) to review tenancy progress and wellbeing. Reinforce skills and knowledge gained during initial housing support. Encourage independence and self-management while remaining accessible for support. Identify early signs of tenancy breakdown or risk of homelessness.
