Ensure that the behavior of the collaborators complies with what is established in the RIT and CCT, coordinate the development of direct personnel, and ensure the execution of labor-administrative processes to guarantee a favorable work environment at the Toluca Plant and Satellites, as appropriate.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with the RIT and CCT.
- Coordinate the development of personnel according to the performance evaluation.
- Execute administrative processes for direct personnel (terminations, overtime, EdePro, files, etc.).
