Key Responsibilities
- Forge robust, effective relationships with clients through clear, timely communication and updates.
- Proactively manage client expectations and integrate seamlessly into their teams by embracing their culture and values.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to align priorities and tasks.
- Timely completion of projects and deliverables.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding all employee and business information of Stoppler Hughes and its clients.
- Maintain ethical standards and report any client conflicts to Stoppler Hughes leadership.
- Support the Stoppler Hughes team as needed.
- When assigned to clients, carry out a wide range of HR activities related to the entire employee lifecycle, including policy creation and implementation, process, and administrative tasks.
