- Ensure accurate and compliant day-to-day HR administration across
- Cooperate with an external HR/payroll provider and prepare monthly payroll input data
- Cooperate with external vendors delivering employee services (e.g., insurance, medical care benefits)
- Support the local implementation of global employee programs and corporate initiatives
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
- Assist in shaping and proposing HR policies in line with corporate standards and local labor law
- Ensure HR processes comply with internal procedures and GDPR regulations
- Provide operational and administrative support to the HR
- Support additional HR projects as required
